I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Dwarka, and a big part of that was thanks to Shikha from the Guest Relations team. She was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. From the warm welcome at check-in to thoughtful follow-ups during my visit, Shikha’s professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Good distance from the airport, Vegas Mall only 10 minutes walk which was great for shopping. The hotel facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were great and the spa was very good value for money. The Atrium cafe was also lovely and served some great little bakes! Big shoutout to Naresh the gym and yoga instructor, he helped me a lot in the gym making sure that I used all the machines correctly and that I wouldn’t hurt myself. If he saw me around the hotel, he would always stop and have a chat and was overall such a lovely, friendly person. Would recommend to anyone that is thinking of staying here😊

- Overall vibe of the place - Room - Breakfast spread - an extremely professional, efficient & helpful lady called Bharti at the reception.. She literally went the extra mile to sort our reservation out because the other person manning the desk was clueless about it
